I'm currently looking to get this girls AoA's [all three] completed as well as the 75 HP in order to
get her up to Average Hierarchy Status.

There is a time frame for the HP to be completed, and that would be One Month from the time of agreement.
The AoA would be completed in One Month as well from the time of the agreement.
These time frames are there just for reference, a bit sooner would be preferred, but that is the longest I'm willing to wait.
